For clinic groups
Offer your physicians a private look at their OHIP billing
Since 27 October 2026 the Ministry of Health has been sending Ontario physicians letters about high volume billings. The letter makes each physician responsible for every claim under their billing number, whoever submits it. Your physicians want to know what their own billing shows. We can give each of them a private answer.
- A free review of each physician's last six months of OHIP billing.
- The group introduces us. Each physician requests their own review and sees the results.
- Client retention has held above 95% since we started.
New to the letters? What the letter says, and what the OMA has advised.
What each physician gets
A second set of eyes on their last six months of billing. We look at:
- Whether claims match the days and services they describe.
- How time-based and delegated services are recorded.
- What was rejected or written off along the way.
The review is free. The physician sees what we find before deciding anything. We do not respond to the Ministry on a physician's behalf, and we do not give legal advice. For the letter itself, physicians should start with the OMA.
How it works with a clinic group
- 1. Tell us about your group. Who you are and how many of your physicians bill OHIP.
- 2. Agree how to introduce us. A short call with Ross. We agree the wording your physicians see, and where they see it.
- 3. Each physician decides. Physicians who want a review ask for it themselves. Nobody is signed up on their behalf.
