How the recovery review works
- 1. Intake. You share specialty and practice context, MCEDT, a sense of rejected or unpaid backlogs, and observations about the practice(s) so we understand how you work.
- 2. Review and recover. We identify correctable claims, resubmit where appropriate, document the work, and let you know when the recovery has been accepted by OHIP.
- 3. You get paid. No setup or service fees. We charge a percentage of what is successfully recovered, and you submit payment after it is received. You can decide afterward whether ongoing Claims Concierge is useful. No pressure or obligation to continue with us.
